Whether you’re dining out for a special occasion, or simply need a break from cooking, Gregory’s is here to give you an experience you’ll want to keep going back to.
In the simple, elegant setting you’ll find yourself during a visit to Gregory’s, it’s difficult to imagine that you’re about to dine on food fit for royalty and prime ministers.
Yet that’s the quality you can expect here as British-now-Aussie Carol Holmes has a claim to fame: she’s catered for the Royal Family and British Prime Ministers. Not surprisingly, the impeccable quality of cooking for such high profile diners for many years has worked its way into every dish served at Gregory’s.
But be assured there are no royal airs in this place...
The other half of Gregory’s, born and bred in Port Fairy, Brett Holmes balances out each dish with more than 30 years of international cooking experiences in restaurants, convention centres - including Aussie hotels and clubs.
Simple, fresh, tasty dishes created for discerning tastebuds. Dishes that’ll become favourites for many visits to come.
Between them, Brett and Carol have created exceptional food especially tailored to locals who know good food - and appreciate friendly and professional service.
